About Me

Coaching found me through sport. Years working inside elite rugby programs gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to develop an athlete from the ground up — and an obsession with getting the details right.

I now bring that same focus to everyone I work with in Canberra. I have two degrees in Sports Science and Nutrition, but more than that, I genuinely care about the outcome. If you're putting in the effort, I want to make sure it's going somewhere.
